To schedule your visit, call 425-644-7444 or fill out our Appointment Request Form. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the first appointment.
Bring Your Recent X-rays
We encourage you to bring recent X-rays from your dentist’s office or email them to info@cascadiadental.com. Please note that we’ll still likely need to take additional X-rays for comparison.

Day of Visit
Going to the dentist can be an intimidating experience, especially if it has been a while since your last visit. We want you to feel at home by providing a relaxing environment complete with soft music, aromatherapy and a complimentary beverage.
From our warm and inviting lobby to our high-quality and ultra-comfortable dental chairs, we want you to feel a sense of rest and relaxation as soon as you walk through our doors.
Driving to the Office
We are located in the Crossroads area of Bellevue, easily accessible from I-405, I-90 and SR-520. Our office is a part of Cascadia Office Park at the intersection of NE 8th St and 148th Ave NE, with plenty of on-site parking available for your convenience.
Public Transportation
We are located near bus stops along the 221 and B Line routes.
